I have been scanning a ton of 35mm slides lately from my parents and a few from my grandfathers brother which he took i am pretty sure with the Leica I have now. It is crazy how the photos can take you there and it has truly been blowing my mind looking at all the photos from my parents cross country trip before my sister and I in my Dads Karhman Ghia which he still owns(hoping to restore one day, hopefully sooner than later). So many things, my parents look younger than I do almost, the photos are amazing both mom and dad behind the pentax, the kodachrome and ecktachrome slides have inspired me to do more 35mm slides as well as make the cross country trip, either in the ghia or on a bike, either would totally rule. Reminds me how family is like no other and don't ever take them for granted, they can be gone super quick. Bringing me to the Fathers day bit, don't forget... My Dad had triple bypass surgery last minute in the most random last minute intervention which honestly is what has him here today, which is amazing and taken for granted at the same time. So pumped on some upcoming time fly fishing.
