Psychedelic Buco Gold Flake Sharpie and Root beer Candy

Final Touches

Bought this old Buco for $30 bucks from some old biker near Jeff Davis in Richmond. Got Dan to hook me up with a bit of Gold Flake to put a base layer down so I could figure out how I wanted to paint it. Started to think and decided to see what I could draw with a Sharpie...Long story short it turned out better then I expected so Mr. Dailey being the super friend he is sprayed and protected my Sharpie with some sweet Root beer Candy. Loving it! Thanks for the help!

Fun and Free

Pretty much says it, especially if you know the hill this is on!

Night Rider

Taking night rides down Monument and around Richmond on the old Schwinn Varsity that I was fortunate enough to have gotten to tape/paint with Dan Dailey, if you ever have a custom paint job you want done you should seek out the best and thank your lucky stars if you are lucky and Danny isn't swamped with his own or more likely a friends project! Thanks to Marc for welding a seat post clamp too, you are also the man check him out for your Handmade cycle parts at www.Kilbydeuce.com!

Richmond Trail Network

If you know me then you probably know how into bikes I am, whether motorcycle or self propelled, they are so much fun and such a good outlet for self expression in so many ways. For about as long as I can remember I have been riding one form of bike or another. Most recently I have been living in Richmond Virginia and have been so impressed with the abundance of amazing stuff to ride within minutes of the city.

I am working on putting together a website/blog that has video and still footage from the trails in and around Richmond. I hope this site encourages people around the area to enjoy the amazing trails here and take the initiative to volunteer for maintaining and working on the trails that have given me so much enjoyment. More pictures and Video to come! Thanks to Alex Fuller for lending me the HD GoPro used for the footage!
